Refund Policy

Workshops provided by Emily Kravet Health are booked specifically for each organization. For this reason, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.

A booking is considered confirmed once the workshop date, time, and details have been agreed upon by email.

​

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund of any payment made. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the workshop may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop are not eligible for a refund.

Organizations may request to reschedule a workshop with at least 7 days’ notice. Requests to reschedule a workshop with less than 7 days' notice may be charged an additional fee which will be communicated to the organization via email upon booking. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a new date based on availability.

If a workshop must be cancelled by Emily Kravet Health due to unforeseen circumstances, organizations will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule the workshop.
